ELECTION RULES
Every Active and Mentor member is required to cast a vote for new members. Voting deadline is October 1st at 5pm.
Each Active and Mentor may vote for the number of candidates she chooses, not to exceed the number of vacancies. This year we have 2 spaces. Therefore you may vote for none, one, or two of the candidates.
To be elected, a candidate must receive a majority of the ballots cast by the voting members (Actives and Mentors).
Please remember that this ballot is extremely confidential. The proposed candidates should not know they are on our ballot. It is VERY important that this information does not leave our club.
